Matt Gerritsma

Matt Gerritsma has extensive experience in various roles related to learning, knowledge management, and training. Matt is currently the Head of Learning & Knowledge Management at ENSEK since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an eCommerce Trainer at VF Corporation from November 2018 to November 2020. Matt also served as a Learning and Performance Manager at The Air Ambulance Service from September 2017 to October 2018. Before that, they were a Product Training Manager at Wayfinder Enterprises in 2016. Matt started their career at AMT Group Pty Ltd as a National Sales & Operations Trainer from November 2010 to October 2015.

Matt Gerritsma received a Bachelor of Creative Arts degree in Creative Writing from Griffith University from 2001 to 2005. Matt also obtained a Diploma of Management in 2014 from Leadership Success. Furthermore, they attended St Mary's CBC from 1994 to 1996, although it is unclear if they earned a degree or field of study there. In addition to their degrees, they have certifications in areas such as management, training, assessment, evaluation, and retail management.
