Michael Haley

Michael Haley has a long and successful work history in Human Resources. Michael began their career in 1998 as the Director of Service Improvement at Comcast. In 2003, they were promoted to Regional Director of Learning and Development at Comcast. In 2005, they moved to Comverse as the Director of Customer Service and Development. From 2008 to 2014, they worked at Agero, Inc. as the Director of Human Capital Development. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Avid Technology as the Senior Director of Human Resources. In 2018, they moved to Nexcelom Bioscience as the Global Head of Human Resources. In 2022, they began working at Ensem Therapeutics and ABio-X as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Michael Haley holds an MS in Business Administration from Providence College and an MBA in Management from Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business. Michael also attended St. John's Prep.
