Blaine Regan

Blaine Regan, MHA, is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Director of Patient Access at Ensemble Health Partners since September 2022, where responsibilities include managing project planning and implementation, leading meetings, and ensuring consistent performance in patient access services. Previously, Blaine held the position of Clinical Operations Manager at SSM Health, developing growth strategies for various healthcare clinics, and served on the Housing and Community Development Commission for the City of Columbia, where leadership was exercised as Chairperson. Additional experience includes roles as Service Coordinator and Patient Service Representative at University of Missouri Health Care, as well as various positions in community development and aquatics management. Blaine holds a Master's of Health Administration and a Bachelor's in Communication from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
