Donna Dickson-Willoughby

Donna Dickson-Willoughby has extensive experience in healthcare technology and education, currently serving as an M365 Copilot Champion and User Adoption Analyst at Ensemble Health Partners since July 2018. In this role, Dickson-Willoughby trains and supports medical professionals in adopting cloud-based voice recognition software, significantly enhancing efficiency for over 600 users in the UT Health East Texas Market and numerous Ardent Health Service hospitals. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Leidos, Meditech Informatics Specialist at UT Health, and various teaching and technology coordination positions in K-12 education. An early education background includes a BS in Business Education from East Texas Baptist University.
