Eric Gilkerson

Eric Gilkerson has extensive experience in patient access and financial counseling, currently serving as a Financial Counselor and previously in multiple managerial roles at Ensemble Health Partners since January 2018. Concurrently, Eric has been with Mercy Health since October 2011, progressing through various positions, including Patient Access Manager and Supervisor. Prior experience includes a role as Shift Manager at The Wendy's Company from June 2008 to December 2011. Eric holds a Bachelor of Technical and Applied Studies in Applied Administration from UC Clermont College and an Associate of Applied Business in Business Management Technology from the same institution, along with an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Southern State Community College.
