Kristen Cole

Kristen Cole, MHA, CHAA, CRCR, is a seasoned health care professional with extensive experience in revenue cycle management and client delivery. Currently serving as Senior Director of Client Delivery at Ensemble Health Partners, Kristen has previously held roles such as Director of Revenue Cycle and Revenue Cycle Associate within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions as Admissions Coordinator at Basic Home Infusion, Access Management Team Leader at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset, Registrar Associate at Somerset Medical Center, and Medical Records Supervisor at Essex Hudson Urology. Kristen holds a Master's Degree in Health Care Administration/Management from Saint Joseph's University, obtained in 2016, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration/Management/Business from the University of Scranton, earned in 2011.
