Lisa Justice

Lisa Justice, RHIA, is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in health information management and systems optimization. Currently serving as the Director of Mid Revenue Cycle Innovation at Ensemble Health Partners since June 2006, Lisa focuses on Epic optimization for health information operations and facilitating best practice coding standards. Previously, as the Director of Health Information Management Services at Ballad Health, responsibilities included managing compliance and privacy initiatives, and ensuring the integrity of electronic health information. Prior roles include Health Information Manager at Holston Medical Group and Health Information Specialist at Frontier Health. Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Milligan University, an Associate's degree in Registered Health Information Technology, and is a registered member of the American Health Information Management Association.
