Matthew Grose

Matthew (MG) Grose is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Vice President of Software Engineering at Ensemble Health Partners since July 2024, Matthew previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Ōmcare from April 2022 to July 2024. Matthew's career at UnitedHealth Group spanned nearly seven years, where roles included Chief Engineer, VP Software Engineering, Distinguished Engineer, Director of Software Engineering, Software Development Manager, and Senior Software Engineer. Earlier experience also includes serving as Development Team Lead and Web Developer at Life Time - The Healthy Way of Life Company. Matthew obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, and Finance from the University of Minnesota Duluth and also completed coursework at Växjö University.
