Phillip Purdom

Phillip Purdom, MBA MSIS FHFMA CRCR CSBI CSSGB, serves as Vice President of Operations at Ensemble Health Partners, where responsibilities include serving as the executive sponsor for staffing, budgeting, and reporting across all clients, overseeing operational performance for over 30 hospitals across eight states and managing pre-arrival operations for more than 120 hospitals with a net revenue exceeding $25 billion. Previously, Phillip held the position of AVP of Patient Access and Pre-Access, receiving the title of AVP of the Year in 2021, and served as Regional Director at Parallon, where contributions included being part of the top-ranked RPAD Leadership Team.
