Michael Finley

Michael Finley is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in revenue cycle management and finance. Currently serving as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle at Emplify Health since March 2025, Michael previously held notable positions at Bellin Health, including Director of Revenue Cycle and Team Leader System Coding from June 2019 to March 2025. Michael also contributed to the Northeast Wisconsin Hockey Association Inc. Jr Gamblers as Executive Director, Vice President, and Treasurer from June 2015 to June 2020. Earlier in the career, Michael worked at Bay Area Medical Center in various roles such as Finance Manager, Project Manager - Finance, and Revenue Cycle Systems Manager from April 2011 to June 2019. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, with additional education from Valparaiso University.
