Tumwa Arnold has gained extensive work experience in various roles. Starting in 2011, Tumwa served as the General Head Prefect at St. Paul's College Mbale, where they were responsible for mobilizing students and acting as a link between students and the school administration. In 2013, Tumwa became the Graduates President at Educate!, a role they held until 2015. This position allowed them to gain leadership experience and develop their organizational skills. Afterwards, Tumwa joined Nsibirwa Hall, Makerere University as the SCR Chairman, leading a team of 20 student leaders and representing both residents and non-residents to the hall administration and guild council. Since 2017, Tumwa has been working at Ensibuuko, starting as a Sales Trainee and advancing to Sales Associate and Sales Team Lead. Currently, Tumwa serves as the Strategic Partnerships Manager, demonstrating their ability to build strong relationships and contribute strategically to the organization.
Tumwa Arnold pursued higher education starting in 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they obtained a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Leadership skills from Educate!. Later, they enrolled at Makerere University where they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ethics and Human Rights. Tumwa Arnold attended Makerere University from 2013 to 2016, focusing on the field of study related to Ethics and Human Rights.
