Jason Taylor, CSPO®

Jason Taylor, CSPO® has been in the product operations and management field since 2000. Jason began their career as an Online Banking Product Manager at Mountain America Credit Union, where they created a technical support training program and partnered with marketing to create digital and written materials for new products and features. In 2007, they joined Ebix as a Sr. Manager of Product Operations, where they had direct report responsibility for 9 account managers, 1 project manager and 2 BA’s. Jason also created product roadmaps with the Director of Product to help reach annual revenue goals, and collaboratively grew recurring revenue by 5% year over year for seven straight years. In 2020, Jason joined Evans & Sutherland as a Product Manager, where they created and oversaw the project team responsible for bringing together the Digistar and SciDome astronomy applications into a single product solution. Jason launched three major releases which combined for more than 20+ new features and enhancements and over 50+ bug fixes. In 2019, Jason began working as a Product Management Consultant at Global Tech Solutions, specializing in helping enterprise businesses, startups and individuals solve their technology needs by providing product support. Finally, in 2022, Jason joined Ensight® as a Product Operations Lead.

Jason Taylor, CSPO® obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Communications from Weber State University from 2009 to 2013. In January of 2020, they completed an Introduction to Search Engine Optimization course with UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education (Coursea). In May of 2020, they obtained their Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
