Kyle Chandler

Kyle Chandler is an accomplished Agile Coach and Product Operations Lead at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan since September 2020, with a strong background in transformative methodologies, particularly in the fintech sector. Prior to this, Kyle served as a Kanban Consultant and Agile Coach at IntelliPivot from October 2017 to July 2024 and also held the role of Agile Coach at CGI from October 2017 to September 2020. At CGI, significant contributions included leading a transition from waterfall to agile methodologies and coaching multiple teams and Scrum Masters. Earlier experience includes a long tenure as Scrum Master at Scotiabank, where Kyle fostered an agile environment and supported the growth of a Young Professionals network. Additional roles included technical specialist positions where strategic process overhauls and effective training led to substantial cost savings and improved operational efficiencies. Kyle Chandler holds a Bachelor of Applied Information Sciences in Computer and Communications Networking from Centennial College.
