Chad J. Thompson

Chad J. Thompson joined Ensign-Bickford Industries in October 2018 as President of Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense. In this role, he leads an organization focused on the design, manufacturing, test, and qualification of energetic, electronic, and electro-mechanical solutions used in a variety of aerospace & defense systems. Mr. Thompson has over 25 years of experience in the industry and has held key positions in Engineering, Operations, Continuous Improvement and Strategy Development. He has worked within several successful businesses including Raytheon (ex-Goodrich and Pratt & Whitney), Kaman, and the Boeing Company.
