Kelly Chappell

Kelly Chappell is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Principal at Ensign Engineering and Land Surveying since May 2014. With a background that includes various roles such as Associate, Project Manager, and Design Engineer, Kelly has demonstrated expertise in managing engineering projects. Prior to this, Kelly worked as a Planning Engineer at Metalcraft Technologies, Inc., responsible for planning manufacturing processes in the aerospace sector and designing necessary tools. Kelly also has a strong academic foundation, having served as a Math, Science, & Engineering Tutor at Southern Utah University, and gained practical experience as a Wildland Firefighter with the US Forest Service. Kelly holds a Master’s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Engineering from Southern Utah University.
