Jennifer Breen

Jennifer Breen has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jennifer is currently the Director of Reimbursement Analyst at Ensign Services since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked at the California Association of Health Facilities as the Assistant Director of Reimbursement from October 2017 to September 2023. Before that, they were a Health Programs Auditor at the California Department of Health Care Services, where they held the positions of Health Programs Auditor IV from an unknown start date to October 2017, and Health Programs Auditor III from August 2011 to January 2016. Jennifer began their career as a Student Intern at University Enterprises, where they worked at CalSTRS from April 2010 to August 2011.

Jennifer Breen began their education at American River College from 2003 to 2014, where they studied accounting. Jennifer then proceeded to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Economics at the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2005 to 2009.
