Jim Oman

Jim Oman currently serves as the Benefits Support Center Manager at Ensign Services, overseeing an in-house benefits communication support and enrollment team since August 2022. Prior to this role, Jim co-founded Skyward Benefits, enhancing the employee benefits experience through concierge services without direct costs to employers. Jim has also worked as an Employee Benefits Producer for USI Insurance Services, consulting mid-market companies on their benefits programs, and as Benefits Enrollment Manager at BCInsourcing, managing large-scale benefits enrollment. Early career experience includes roles as a Spanish collections operator at Daimler Chrysler and a landscaping/equipment operator at Utah Track & Welding. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Business from Brigham Young University and an Associate of Arts in International Business from Utah Valley University.
