Michelle Gale, RN, MSN, MBA, currently serves as MDS Resource at Ensign Services since March 2023 and has been the owner of MDS On-Call since June 2013. With extensive experience in clinical reimbursement, data analytics, and care management, Michelle has held positions including Director of Clinical Reimbursement & Data Analytics at Windsor Skilled Nursing & Rehab Centers and District Director of Care Management at SavaSeniorCare Administrative Services LLC. Previous roles include Interim Director of Nursing at Extended Care Hospital of Westminster and Interim Director of Healthcare Services at Silverado. Michelle has a strong background in MDS processes, evidenced by a role as MDS Director at HCR ManorCare, and demonstrated leadership in transitioning to electronic medical records at Cambridge Healthcare Services. With advanced degrees in Business Administration and Nursing Administration from Western Governors University, along with foundational education in nursing and biology, Michelle is well-equipped to navigate the complexities of healthcare management and compliance.
