Candace Day-Butler

Candace Day-Butler, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Candace is currently an Advisory Board Member at C&S Partners - Materializing Leadership since January 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of HR, IT, and Administration at Ensign Natural Resources starting from April 2019. Candace also had significant roles as the Vice President of Human Resources at Madison Marquette from June 2018 to March 2019, and at PM Realty Group from May 2018 to March 2019. Candace has also worked as the Human Resources Director at Contango Oil & Gas Company from October 2013 to May 2018, and as an HR Manager at Crimson Exploration Inc. from May 2013 to May 2018. Earlier in their career, they were an HR Generalist at Weingarten Realty Investors from March 2006 to May 2013, and a Lending Assistant at Independent Bank Group, Inc. from 2002 to 2006.

Candace Day-Butler holds a Master's degree from Penn State University. Candace obtained additional certifications including a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in May 2016, a SHRM-CP from SHRM in July 2015, and a Fundamentals of Payroll Certification from the American Payroll Association.
