María Fernanda Sáenz de Miera M. has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. María Fernanda began their career as a Jr. Designer at Universidad Anáhuac, where they were responsible for graphic design for different schools and faculties, as well as editorial design for the university's magazine and newspaper. María Fernanda then moved to MAGG as a Designer, where they created graphic design and advertising campaigns, as well as proposals and design of labels and packaging. In 2015, they joined 3M as a Strategic Designer & Brand Communication, where they designed for the Home Care LATAM and Health Care Business Groups, and created campaigns and designs for exhibitions, medical congresses, and dental congresses. In 2017, they moved to Grupo Rotoplas as a UX/UI specialist and Design Specialist, where they developed a UX vision and promoted its importance, analyzed user interaction with Rotoplas products, and implemented UX processes in different projects. In 2019, they became a Product Manager at Banco Azteca, where they coordinated an agile team for the creation and release of a new strategic product for the bank's app. Currently, they are the Head of Product at Enso Fintech, where they coordinate the product team, leads product design and strategy from ideation to full roll out, and establishes the long-term vision of the products.
María Fernanda Sáenz de Miera M. has an extensive educational history. María Fernanda studied at Universidad Anáhuac from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Licenciatura en Diseño Industrial in Industrial and Product Design, as well as a Diplomatura in Diseño. In 2019, they attended Universidad Panamericana to study Behavioral Economics. Additionally, they have a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf, obtained in 2021.
