Shreya Kulkarni

Shreya Kulkarni is an accomplished biopharmaceutical professional with extensive experience in gene delivery and vector engineering. Currently serving as Associate Director at Ensoma since September 2020, Shreya leads projects focused on enhancing the Engenious vector system and engineering novel Adenovirus vectors. Prior roles include Senior Scientist at Rubius Therapeutics, where Shreya managed viral safety testing and served as vector lead for CMC project teams, and Scientist positions at FORMA Therapeutics and UMass Medical School, emphasizing early discovery and CRISPR/Cas9 applications. Shreya began the career with foundational roles in assay development and teaching as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at George Washington University. Academic credentials include a PhD in Cell and Molecular Physiology from Tufts University, a Master's in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from The George Washington University, and a BTech in Biotechnology from Amity University.
