Chris Tamlyn has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance and software testing. Chris started their career at Network Rail as a Test Analyst in 2008 and continued working there until 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Test Analyst at IMX Software, where they were a member of a test team responsible for the Quality Assurance of the Global Trading System (GTS) product. Chris'sresponsibilities included designing and executing test cases, logging and prioritizing defect reports, and performing data migration testing.
After their time at IMX Software, Chris joined Logica as a Consultant - Test Analyst in 2007 and worked there until 2011. In this role, they provided consulting services and performed test analysis tasks for various projects. Following this, they worked at City Index as a Senior Software Test Analyst from 2013 to 2015, where they contributed to the quality assurance process of software products.
In 2015, Chris joined NewGlobe as a Lead QA Engineer and held this position until 2022. As a Lead QA Engineer, they played a pivotal role in overseeing the quality of software products. Finally, they currently work at Amido as a Senior QA Consultant starting from 2022.

Chris Tamlyn completed their A Levels at The Billericay School from 2002 to 2004, specializing in I.T, Maths, Business Studies, and General Studies. Chris then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science at the University of East Anglia from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained a BSc degree in Computer Science from the same university during the same time period.
