Grant Brown

Vice President of Strategy and Operations at Ensono Digital

Grant Brown has a diverse work experience spanning several companies in the technology and consulting sectors. Grant is currently serving as the Vice President of Strategy and Operations at Ensono Digital since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Ensono Digital's European consulting business from August 2022 to March 2023. In addition, they fulfilled the role of Chief of Staff from January 2022 to August 2022 at the same company.

Before joining Ensono Digital, Grant worked at Experian as the VP of Product (Acquisition and Originations) from July 2020 to December 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Managing Director, Data Management UK&I from October 2018 to July 2020. At Experian, they were responsible for driving profitable growth and organic expansion of the Data Management software business.

Grant also has experience working at Hitachi Consulting as a Senior Director and Director. During their tenure from February 2016 to October 2018, they developed the Hitachi EMEA strategy and set up new businesses in the transport and manufacturing sectors. Grant also played a key role in digital transformation deals and improving customer experience for clients.

Grant began their career at PwC as a Senior Manager in Technology Consulting, leading complex digital transformation projects from August 2008 to February 2016. Grant also gained experience at Detica as a Senior Consultant and Accenture as a Consultant Analyst.

Grant's career journey started with a summer internship at EY in 2003. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in strategy, operations, digital transformation, and driving profitable growth in various leadership roles throughout their career.

Grant Brown attended Aberystwyth University from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics and Computer Science.
