Jelena Rakita

Jelena Rakita has a diverse range of work experience in the field of project management and consultancy. Jelena has held various roles in different companies, starting with Skilliantech Limited, where they worked as a PMO and Sales Coordinator, providing account management support, coordinating recruitment processes, and assisting with pre-sales activities.

Jelena then moved on to work at Racing Post as an IT Delivery Manager, where they managed a large-scale web program and implemented a new responsive website, resulting in improved user experience and cost savings. Jelena also worked as an IT Project Manager and Scrum Master, handling multiple digital and infrastructure projects and improving delivery practices across the IT department.

Following their time at Racing Post, Jelena joined Amido, where they worked on projects for clients such as the Collective and ASOS. Their responsibilities included overseeing the delivery of an Access Management System for the Collective and a Supply Chain Transformation program for ASOS. Jelena successfully managed project delivery, monitored milestones and risks, and produced program steering packs for key decisions.

Jelena later joined Ensono Digital, where they worked on projects for Peabody and the International Airline Group (IAG). In their role as Senior Delivery Manager and Consultant, they led the delivery of a Repairs and Customer Hub portal for Peabody using Azure and Dynamics 365, and a new Identity & Access Management solution for IAG using AWS. Jelena managed project budgets, supported transition to BAU, and ensured the implementation of best practices.

Jelena Rakita earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business and International Relations from Aston University, which they attended from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in August 2019, Prince2 Certification from APMG International in April 2017, Agile Project Management Practitioner Certification from APMG International in August 2015, and Scrum Master Certification from Scrum Alliance in August 2014.
