Rachel B. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Rachel started their career in 2006 as a Team Leader at Manchester City Council, where they worked until 2009. In 2010, they joined the Department for Work and Pensions as a part of the Digital Services team, and their tenure lasted until 2011.
Following that, Rachel B. joined the Department for Work and Pensions again in 2012, this time as a Director Support. Rachel held this position until 2015 when they transitioned to the role of a Business Analyst/Product Owner within the same organization. Rachel B. remained in this role until 2018.

Additionally, in 2016 and 2017, Rachel enrolled in Free Code Camp, where they obtained a Full Stack Web Development Certification with a focus on Computer Software Engineering. In 2017, they further expanded their knowledge by studying BCS Requirements Engineering at BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Finally, in 2018, Rachel completed a course in BCS Foundation for Business Analysis at the same institute.
