Walter James (Jim) Campos

Jim Campos has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Currently, they work as a Digital Native Specialist at Ensono Digital, where they assist clients with implementing cloud solutions to drive innovation and growth within their IT estate. Prior to this, Jim served as an Associate Partner at IBM, focusing on sales and platform engineering services.

Before joining IBM, Jim held various roles at Taos, including Director of Enterprise Business Development for Southern California and Business Development in Enterprise Sales for Northern California. Walter James (Jim) helped Taos become a leader in Public Cloud infrastructure, Professional Services, and Managed Services, providing expertise and talent for clients' digital journey and modernization efforts.

Jim also worked as a Sr. Account Executive at QTS Data Centers, where they offered IT infrastructure services and managed data centers for clients across North America. Walter James (Jim) further gained experience as a National Account Manager at Internap and as a Sr. Account Executive at IP Networks, Inc. during its acquisition by Level3.

Earlier in their career, Jim worked as a Project Manager at Frontline Selling, LLC, providing demand creation services for IT solution companies. Walter James (Jim) also served as the Director of Sales & Marketing at KozMez, LLC, an international importer and distributor of chemical products. Additionally, Jim worked as the Western Regional Sales Manager at Luxcom, Inc., focusing on sales and business development in 12 western states.

Throughout their career, Jim has developed a deep understanding of technology solutions and has consistently contributed to the success of the companies they have worked with.

Walter James (Jim) Campos holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication from Santa Clara University. Prior to attending university, they completed their high school education at Weston High School. In addition to their formal education, Campos has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services, GCP Sales Accreditation from Google, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft, and GitLab Sales Core Verified Associate from GitLab. Walter James (Jim) has also completed various training programs, such as the Richardson Sales Training and the MEDDICC Master Class offered by Learn MEDDICC. Recently, Campos has obtained multiple certifications in Google Cloud Skills Boost, including Infrastructure and Application Modernization with Google Cloud, Innovating with Data and Google Cloud, Introduction to Digital Transformation with Google Cloud, and Understanding Google Cloud Security and Operations. Additionally, they have been recognized as an AWS Partner: Migration Ambassador 2023 (Business) by Amazon Web Services.
