Carlos Castro

Carlos Castro is an experienced attorney with extensive expertise in negotiating and drafting complex agreements in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Ensono since October 2021, Carlos supports various business units in dealing with technology agreements across multiple countries. From December 2010 to October 2021, Carlos was Corporate Counsel at Lumen Technologies, where responsibilities included negotiating service agreements for IT and telecommunications across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Previously, Carlos held the position of Senior Attorney at XO Communications, negotiating telecommunication service agreements and responding to RFPs. Early career experience includes serving as Account Executive at Robert Half Legal and Associate General Counsel at Direct Response Consulting Services. Carlos holds a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School, obtained in 1993.
