Glenda Coombes

Glenda Coombes is a seasoned training and organizational development specialist with extensive experience in program development and instructional design. Currently serving as a Senior Training Specialist and Organizational Development Specialist at Ensono since November 2021, Glenda created and launched a new hire onboarding program for the Finance organization and led a change management project focused on promoting cybersecurity culture. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Project Manager and Instructional Designer at Walter E. Smithe Furniture & Design, where Glenda designed leadership development workshops and developed online training content. Additionally, as Director of Learning and Development at the same company, Glenda implemented an onboarding training program and managed the Learning Management System (LMS). Early career experience involved directing training programs and providing technical instruction for Point of Sale computer systems. Glenda holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master's degree from the University of Illinois Chicago.
