Lukasz Pawlowski

Lukasz Pawlowski is a seasoned professional in global delivery management and technical operations, currently serving as VP of Global Delivery Management and Country Manager for Ensono since January 2017. With over 15 years of experience, Lukasz has led diverse teams across multiple countries, focusing on enhancing client experiences and operational efficiencies. Achievements include executing globalization strategies, improving service delivery metrics, and reducing labor costs through automation and analytics. Prior roles at Grupa GPEC and Bank BPH involved overseeing IT infrastructure development and user support management, respectively. Lukasz holds an MBA from Gdańsk University of Technology and a Master’s degree in Computer Science, supplemented by education from The London School of Economics.
