Rattan Kanna

Rattan Kanna is an experienced Managed Services Manager at Ensono since March 2023, focusing on strategic leadership and delivery of enterprise-level managed services. Previously, Rattan held the position of Operations Manager at Sutherland from September 2016 to September 2021, responsible for enhancing performance and profitability of global strategic enterprise programs, as well as developing tailored solutions for business needs. From August 2012 to August 2016, Rattan served as Operations Lead for Managed Services at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, leading a team of over 90 members and managing delivery across multiple global accounts. Rattan's earlier experience includes roles as a System Administrator at Dell and a Technical Writer at Nuance Communications, along with technical executive duties at Concord Tools Pvt Ltd. Rattan holds a BCA in Computer Science from The Global Open University Nagaland and completed pre-university studies in science at Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College.
