Swapnali Patil

Swapnali Patil is an experienced data center operation analyst at Ensono since November 2019, specializing in system management tools such as Zeke, CA-7, OPC, and CA scheduler. Responsibilities include performing system recycles, responding to exemption notifications, executing analysis and recovery processes, and implementing escalation procedures to restore services.
