Eve McLain

Eve McLain, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced talent management professional currently serving as the VP of Talent Management at Ensora Health, a position held since February 2024. Previously, McLain was the Vice President of Global Talent Management at Neogen Corporation and held various roles including Vice President of Learning and Development at Waystar and Director of Education & Head of Human Resources at the Business Ethics Alliance of Omaha. McLain has also contributed as an adjunct professor at Midland University and Grace University. With a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Bellevue University and a Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal Communication from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, McLain possesses a strong foundation in organizational and educational excellence.
