Lainey Posthumus

Lainey Posthumus is currently working as the Director of Project Management and Process Improvement at Therapy Brands. Previously, Lainey held positions at Immedia as a Manager of Project Management and at InBloom Autism Services as a Regional Clinical Integrity Officer. Lainey's background includes experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Lead Technician, Lead Therapist, and Registered Behavior Technician, working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Lainey holds a Master of Education degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Integrative Studies degree with a Psychology minor from Oakland University.
