Mark Bass

Mark Bass serves as the Group Head of HR for Enstar Group, a position held since February 2022, overseeing HR strategy and program management across eight countries. Prior to this role, Mark held various HR leadership positions at npower from January 2018 to February 2022, including Director of HR Operations and Head of Organisation and People Development. Mark's extensive experience in HR also includes roles at Innogy Business Services UK Limited and RWE, focusing on resourcing, HR shared services, and employee relations. Mark started a career in recruitment at Michael Page and previously worked as a project manager at IKEA. Mark holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of the West of England.
