Niko Helander

Niko Helander has a diverse work experience with a focus in operations and management. Niko started their career in 1998 as a Development Engineer at Ensto and gradually worked their way up through various roles including Production Manager, Plant Manager, and Director of Operations. In 2008, they became the Director of Operations for Ensto UN and later took on the role of Director of Logistics. From 2013 to 2015, they served as the Director of Finland and Russia Plants before becoming the Senior Vice President of Operations at Ensto in 2015. Most recently, in 2022, they assumed the position of Senior Vice President of the Overhead Lines Business and Operations at Ensto. In addition to their work at Ensto, they are also an Advisory Board Member at Careeria.

Niko Helander attended Metropolia University of Applied Sciences from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained an Engineer's degree in Surface Treatment and Material Technology.
