Deisy Ratnasari

Deisy Ratnasari, PMP, MBA, currently serves as Chief of Staff at Enstructure since July 2023. Prior experience includes nearly 18 years at Dell Technologies, where Deisy held various leadership roles including Lead Consultant & Business Operations Manager, overseeing product and project management teams for a $1.8 billion revenue division across multiple regions. Deisy has successfully managed global teams and launched products generating over $32 million in annual revenue. Additionally, Deisy contributed to product feasibility studies and market segmentation projects at the University of Texas at Austin's Red McCombs School of Business. Deisy holds an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Petra Christian University.
