Isabeau Hufkens

Isabeau Hufkens is currently the Head of Product management, Legal & Tax for Employee benefits & Life insurance at Ensur NV. Prior to this, Isabeau held various roles such as Operations Director at CED Europe and Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. Isabeau has also been part of the Global Graduate Program at AXA, where Isabeau worked in different departments and regions. Isabeau has a strong background in leadership, strategy, and operations, with a Master's degree in Actuarial Science. Isabeau is also a Fellow at Belgium's 40 under 40, focusing on personal and leadership development.
