Tony Diaz

Tony Diaz has a long and varied work experience. Tony began their career in 1996 as the President of Memo International, where they were responsible for overseeing the development of alternative sources to reach goals policy changes affecting established contracts. During their time at Memo International, they grew the company size by 300% and expanded its operations to Latin America, resulting in a profit of over $6 million. In 1997, Tony founded and became President of Clinical Care Services, where they were responsible for strategic operations to diversify the line of business and ensure growth. Tony also maintained the financial success of the business by implementing policies and procedures that assure quality service and meet industry standards. In 2007, Tony took on the role of President and CEO of Clinical Care Medical Centers, where they provided strategic leadership for the company from start-up to become one of the leading providers of medical services in Miami Dade. Tony also led the company expansion and oversaw the technological development of the data management and full integration with internal systems. Most recently, in 2020, Tony founded and became President of Ensure Data Solutions, where they are responsible for providing strong leadership and guidance for the company. Tony establishes short- and long-term goals, plans and strategies of growth by analyzing market share and opportunities, and oversees budget and workforce to safeguard company mission, values and commitment.

Tony Diaz attended the University of Havana, where they studied Healthcare Business Administration.
