Chris Vadala

Chris Vadala is the current secretary at Ent Credit Union. Prior to this, Chris was with the United States Olympic Committee for 22 years. Chris was a team leader for sports performance and was responsible for the day-to-day management of five direct reports and an overall staff of nine. Chris was also responsible for developing and managing annual resource allocation budget to NGBs and athletes of approx. $25M. During Chris's time with the USOC, they developed and maintained a positive and professional relationship with 13 NGBs. Chris collaborated with NGBs on the development of strategic long-range and annual sport plans. Lastly, Chris developed, prepared and managed annual team budget of approximately $6.5M.

Chris Vadala has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Ohio University and a Olympic Sports Leadership Certification from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Chris majored in finance with a minor in interpersonal communications.
