Marnie Gerkhardt

Marnie Gerkhardt currently serves as the Director of Learning Innovation at Ent Credit Union, a position held since July 2019. Previously, Marnie was an Innovation Manager at Filene Research Institute from May 2011 to July 2019, where responsibilities included leading the i3 program and alpha lab to foster new ideas and services in consumer finance. Marnie also acted as Project Manager for Communities at Filene, facilitating collaboration among various research groups. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Marketing and Client Relations at Northwestern Mutual from February 2008 to January 2011 and working as a Closing Agent at Stewart Title from September 2006 to October 2008. Marnie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, completed in 2005.
