Cara Halter

Cara Halter is a seasoned professional in learning innovation and digital transformation, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Learning Innovation at GP Strategies Corporation since October 2015. In this role, Cara leads the design and delivery of modern learning solutions for Fortune 500 clients and internal projects, leveraging advanced technologies. Previously, Cara held several roles at GP Strategies including Learning Transformation Consultant and Director of Digital Learning Strategy and Solutions, where expertise in guiding clients through digital learning transformations and establishing new service lines was demonstrated. Prior experience includes strategic operations management and learning and development at Axcess Financial as well as instructional design at Convergys and eLearning development at Sunset Learning. Cara holds a Master's in Instructional Technology from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor's in Secondary Education from Ohio University.
