Kim Charles

Kim Charles serves as the Marketing & Communications Manager at ENT Specialty Partners and is an active board member and treasurer for the Public Relations Society of America in Dallas, contributing to the organization's financial stability. Kim also holds the position of board member and secretary for SODA: Student Organ Donation Advocates. Previously, Kim founded Ripple Communications and served as Executive Director for Donate Life Texas, overseeing state-wide operations and stakeholder collaboration. At Donate Life America, Kim held leadership roles including Vice Chair of the Advisory Council and Chair of the DLA Ambassador Committee, where significant initiatives were launched, such as the National Volunteer Service Award. Additional experience includes marketing and communications management at Southwest Transplant Alliance and various roles at Indiana Donor Network, complemented by a robust educational background in business marketing and nonprofit governance.
