Lisa Kotch

Lisa Kotch, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Operations for ENT Specialty Partners since November 2023. Prior to this role, Lisa held the position of Regional Operations Manager at Mindful Health Solutions and was the Director of Business Strategy at The Rose, where responsibilities included overseeing business growth and leading IT project implementations. Lisa has extensive experience in healthcare management, evidenced by a lengthy tenure at Texas Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists, where oversight included supervising numerous personnel and managing a significant annual budget. Earlier career roles include Independent Agent at Aflac and Office Manager at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, further enhancing expertise in administrative and operational functions. Lisa obtained an Associate's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Lone Star College.
