Zoe Eaton

Zoe Eaton serves as the Director of CS Central Services at Entain, where responsibilities include transforming customer support functions to enhance player experiences, overseeing teams in training and eLearning, and ensuring operational excellence. Previously, Zoe held leadership positions as Head of CS Division Engagement and Head of Operational Excellence at Entain. Prior experience includes roles at GVC Group as Payments Operations Manager and Bingo CS & Risk Manager, as well as various positions at bet365, including Deputy Bingo Manager and Product Owner. Zoe's career began at Renson Management as Small Works Manager, and education was completed at the University of Portsmouth with a degree in Business and Finance.
