Troy Frank

Troy Frank has extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Starting in 1995 at Caterpillar Inc., they worked as a Logistics Management Specialist until 2008. Troy then joined BTD Manufacturing as an Operations employee from 2011 to 2013. Following that, they worked at Cox Transfer as a Dispatcher for a few months in 2013 before transitioning to the role of Off Shift Fleet Manager. In 2015, they joined HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions as a Team Lead until 2018. Since 2018, Troy has been working at ENTEC Services, Inc., starting as a Client Care Specialist and then moving on to roles such as Director of Customer Service and Director of Service Operations.
