Shayne Spector-Smith is an experienced marketing professional with a proven track record in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Senior Marketing & Proposal Manager at EnTech Engineering PC since January 2021, Shayne previously held positions including Marketing Director at Clemens Construction Company and Marketing Manager at Lendlease, where responsibilities included managing marketing strategies and proposals. Other notable roles include Senior Marketing Coordinator at Lendlease, Marketing Manager at IA Interior Architects, and Proposal Manager at STV, among others. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Media Studies from The New School, a Certificate in Integrated Marketing Communication from New York University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology/Photography from the University of Delaware.
