Lars D. Larsen has extensive experience in various leadership roles related to digital transformation, technology, and customer experience. Lars D. is currently serving as the Vice President - Digital Assets and Chief Technology Officer at EnTech Solutions, where they are responsible for leading digital assets, AI, ML, data, and analytics. Prior to this, Lars held the position of Vice President - Business Transformation Office at Faith Technologies, Inc., where they led the Business Transformation Office and played a key role in driving industry change through technology and process engineering. Lars also served as the Digital & Mobility Program Owner at WEC Business Services, LLC, where they led digital strategy and business transformation initiatives. Before that, they held multiple roles at WEC Energy Group and We Energies, focusing on channel integration, digital strategy, and customer programs. Lars also has teaching experience as an Adjunct Instructor at Marquette University and has earlier worked in financial analysis at Fidelity National Information Services and marketing analysis at Textron.
Lars D. Larsen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Marquette University in 1991. Lars D. went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Management with a focus on E-Business from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2001.
