John Csukor is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive leadership experience across various sectors, including fine dining and large-scale food service operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Culinary for North America at Entegra since January 2021, John has held multiple key roles within the company. Experience as a fractional C-suite consultant has further enhanced expertise in operations, marketing, and product development. Prior to Entegra, John held the CEO-CMO position at KOR Food Innovation for over 13 years, creating innovative solutions for both large chains and startups. Other notable positions include Chief Culinary Officer at Cafe Caturra, progress in transforming dining experiences at AMF Worldwide Bowling Centers, and leadership roles at Starbucks and Compass Group North America. John’s educational background includes studies at Johnson & Wales University and The Culinary Institute of America, as well as service in the United States Marine Corps.
