Richard Martin

Richard Martin has over 30 years of experience in the field of finance. Richard began their career in 1988 as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young. In 2001, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Tranzyme Pharma. Richard held this position until 2003, when they became the Chief Financial Officer at Osmotica Pharmaceutical Corp. Richard then moved to Entegrion, Inc. in 2006, where they held the roles of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Richard Martin earned a BS in Accounting from Pfeiffer University from 1972 to 1976. Richard then went on to obtain a Master of Accountancy from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business from 1976 to 1978.
