Carlos Barros

Carlos Barros, MPD2, is an accomplished engineering and maintenance director currently employed at Entegris since June 2022, previously holding positions including Pads Engineering and Pilot Plant Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Global Pads Engineering and Pilot Plant Manager at CMC Materials from October 2017 to July 2022, and various roles at Cabot Microelectronics from June 2007 to September 2017, including Pads Developing Engineering Manager and Senior Process Engineer III. Carlos also worked as Polishing Production Manager and Process Engineer at Rubicon Technology from July 2002 to February 2007.
